Go softly into the night

My mother called early this morning to inform me that our family dog had passed away.  I’m still in shock.  I knew he was old, but I never thought he would pass away so unexpectedly.  Then again, dying never is “expected.”

Respect in peace you huge, stinky, and loving dog.

🙁 – We know they’ll die before us, but it always still really sucks when they do.

Tigerbutt says: Yes, it does suck. Makes me glad we don’t have any pets. I know that death is a part of nature but I can’t handle such transitions of life.
